If you are not completely satisfied with the quality and efficiency of  services, Green Carpet Limo will refund your fare with no questions asked. This is more than a promise, it is a guarantee.

 

Cancellation, No Show, and Wait Time Policy

Cancellations made with less than two (2) hours notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time may be billed for 50% of the minimum hourly rate or minimum published flat rate. Cancellations made with less than one (1) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be billed for 100% of the minimum hourly rate or minimum published flat rate. No-shows (client is not available or missed pick-up time) will be billed for 100% of the minimum hourly rate or minimum published flat rate.  In all cases of late notice (within 2 hours) cancellation and/or no shows, client will be charged applicable gratuity, service charge (s), and any additional expenses incurred as a result of the late notice cancellation.  Wait time (on flat rate transfers) will begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time described on the run sheet.  Client will be charged $1.00 per minute thereafter.

 

Environmental Vehicle Disclaimer

Green Carpet Limo will make every effort possible to provide clients with alternative fuel vehicles, be it Hybrid gas/electric fueled, CNG, or BioDiesel fueled. However, in the unlikely event that an alternative fuel vehicle is not available, and upon notifying the client, Green Carpet Limo reserves the right to use a gasoline-powered vehicle for transporting the client. Green Carpet Limo reserves this right only in extreme situations in order  to best meet client requirements for on-time service.

 

Vehicle Damage and General Transportation Policy

1.  Green Carpet Limo is in no way liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed upon date.  2.  The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or any members of the client’s party during the duration of the charter. 3.  Any and all fines incurring during the charter period that are the direct result of client negligence and/or wrong doing will be considered the financial responsibility of the client. 4.  The chauffeur has the right to terminate transportation without refund in the event of a blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). 5. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles, and law prohibits drug use. 6. Green Carpet Limo is not responsible for delays and/or the termination of transportation in the event of unsafe travel conditions caused by sever weather conditions, poor road conditions, accidents, and the like. 7. Green Carpet Limo is not responsible for articles left in the vehicles by clients. 8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond legal seating capacity.  9.  All clients, without exception, must wear a seatbelt during transportation.
